I was referred to Vikki and Rich by a previous client who originally owned the home and I completed the 1st Master Bathroom remodel for. The goal for the Baileys home was to delete the existing odd shaped vinyl windows and create a cohesive space from an awkward kitchen and keep the existing beautiful view of the fir trees. The existing kitchen was dark and separate and Vikki really wanted it to feel light and warm but extremely user friendly for Rich who loves to entertain. The existing bonus room had a closet with laundry in it and awkwardly high ceilings. I divided the space into a small but usable laundry space and a Master Suite so that the 1st Master Bathroom could become the guest quarters. Throughout the home we updated lighting, casings/trim and paint. The end product was warm and welcoming and I love the space every time I enter it.
