Can you say, “Before and After”! This home sat for sale for a bit, due to the dark paneled walls and low ceilings, I called it the tree house. Russ and Lorie Hopcus had the faith to take the leap and purchase this gem. With the help of the architect, Keith Able, and the contractors, we were able to lift the ceilings and lighten and brighten the home. Capitalizing on the beautiful view and the existing tongue and groove, we embraced the look and added a few more touches of paneling, plus material selections that created a relaxing space. The new engaging horizontal staircase railing anchored the home whether you were invited down to the entertaining space or up to the master suite retreat. The home is truly a serenity spot along with the mesmerizing view of the Northshore Bridge and ducks landing on the water, the kitchen windows truly frame the painting.
